Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was not great. The location really worked against the concept of a good night's sleep as the room facing the front was small, dark, with no fridge or tea-making facilities. Moreover, building work being carried out next door made it very noisy, sometimes until 4 am. Despite expressing our unhappiness with the room, the noise from the construction area persisted.
The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of Times Square, making it convenient for all tourist requirements. The rooms, however, were dark and less spacious, suitable for short stays if you pack light. The service was excellent and helpful, especially in times of need. The dining options were limited and somewhat expensive.
The hotel is centrally located in New York, just a 1-minute walk to Times Square, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, while small, were ready before official check-in time. The service was friendly and helpful, though there were some issues with room allocations. The dining experience lacked some amenities like coffee makers, but the location is a great choice for travelers visiting New York.
I had a great time at the hotel! The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic comforts I needed. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff assisting me during check-in and check-out. The location was perfect, right in the heart of NYC, making it ideal for a weekend getaway. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and there were no table and chair in the room for makeup, which was a downside.
The hotel's location near Times Square and subway stations is very convenient for getting around. The rooms, although small and in need of an upgrade, were tolerable. The service, especially from the receptionist, was unhelpful and the elevators slow. The hotel's dining options were limited but there was a gym available. One positive was the proximity to local attractions, but it was challenging to sleep due to noise levels.
The hotel had spacious and very clean rooms, but some issues like a sagging bed and dirty sheets. The heat was broken, and the luggage delivery was poorly managed. The location was excellent near Times Square and main attractions, but lacking in views and amenities like coffee. Service varied from extremely friendly and helpful to rude and aggressive, with mixed experiences. The dining options were not worth the price, and the facilities were mediocre.
The hotel is in the best location in NY, close to subway and main tourist bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were small and with some issues like single glazing letting in a lot of outside noise, dirty sheets, and broken heating. Service was mixed with helpful staff compensting for issues with construction noise and rude parking attendants. The dining experience was not worth the price, with limited selection for breakfast.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small and a bit pricey, but they were adequate for a short stay, though could use a bit of cleaning. However, the city view we paid for turned out to be overlooking a construction site, which was disappointing.
The hotel room was decent and had what we needed, but it was a bit small for three of us and had a funny smell. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall it was alright.
